Midwalk Wrap Up

Well.... They say life is an adventure, if that's true, then I have lived way too many lives the past couple weeks.

Things started out fantastic as my last post showed, even if I cut the walk in 1/2 or so (fyi: 20 miles per day on a busy road is a foolish goal!) I got to San Pierre and that was when the *beep* hit the fan.

I had placed a call into Pulaski County Friday before I left and had expected to hear something back. I never did. :(

So there I was with nowhere to sleep. I would have loved to camp on the side of the road, but with cars going 55+ mph next to me, it didn't seems like the wisest idea...

So now, the walk is being finished in a gym much to my sadness, but my mother's happiness.

But anyway, I am still alive much to the chagrin of my beneficiaries and I have had so much support it is amazing! Thank you all!

I'll post again when I go to Indianapolis to take all the goods!
