Training Day 1

Well, I have completed day 1 of my training. My ankle hurts. My mom says that this is normal and it will go away as the weight goes down and my ankle muscles get more built up.

This has just been a whirlwind. I just have all these plans and I don't want them to fall through.

I can't wait until I am able to give less cryptic amounts of details, I just need some stuff to stay hush hush for now until I talk to some people!
